GENERAL INFORMATION

The deadline for registration is 31 January 2023 (see below for late registration). Please, note that the registration will be binding after 31 January 2023.

Based on the number of registred participants, it will be decided in the beginning of February 2023 whether the Spring School can be organized. If it is not the case, the registration fees will of course be reimbursed.

The 2023-edition of the Spring School is now confirmed

Centrale Innovation, the valorisation subsidiary of Ecole Centrale de Lyon, is in charge of the registration process.

The registration fees will depend on whether the participant will attend in person or virtually and, for in person participation,  on whether or not the participant requires accommodation at the Résidence Paul Comparat.

Note that the number of participants attending "in person" is limited to 20.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for participants attending in person and requiring accommodation

• 520 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
  
• 700 euros (VAT included) for other participants
  

These fees include the participation at the Spring School, the accommodation in the Résidence Paul Comparat from April 3 till April 8 (five nights) and the lunches on on April 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Fees for participants attending in person (without accommodation)

• 320 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
  
• 500 euros (VAT included) for other participants
  

These fees include the participation at the Spring School and the lunches on April 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Fees for participants attending virtually

• 150 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
  
• 250 euros (VAT included) for other participants
  

These fees include the participation at the Spring School in a fully virtual fashion.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

UPDATE 23 January: we have reached the maximum number of "in-person" participants. From now onwards, we can therefore only accept virtual registrations. 

Even though the registration deadline has passed, registration for virtual participation is still possible. You can register by sending an email to the organizers. We will then send you the link to the on-line registration form. In this registration form, you will be able to pay the registration fees via credit card. Note that, in this phase, only this type of payment will be allowed.

If your employer (university, company, ..) is not located in France, but is located in one of the other members of the European Union, you will also need to mention in the email the intra-community VAT number of your employer. This VAT number starts with two letters corresponding to the country (BE for Belgium, IT for Italy, ...).
